Product Designer (m/f/d)

Location: Remote Germany or hybrid in Cluj (Romania)

Our Cloud ERP brings complex processes such as accounting, banking, and property management into one intuitive platform. As our product continues to grow, great design plays a key role in turning this complexity into simple and efficient user experiences.

As a Remote Product Designer, you take ownership of key areas of our core product. Working in a well-established, distributed setup alongside our Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineers, you turn complex workflows into intuitive solutions and drive design topics hands-on.

• Take ownership of product design across key areas of our platform — from problem discovery to final implementation

• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs

• Collaborate successfully and asynchronously in a remote setup with Product and Engineering to ship great features

• Actively contribute to our design system to ensure high consistency across the entire platform

• Proactively communicate your design decisions and actively seek feedback (via video calls, Loom, and Figma comments)

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product design in a dynamic environment, ideally with B2B or SaaS products

• Proven track record of working successfully in remote teams, demonstrating strong self-organization and proactive communication

• Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills and experience working with scalable design systems

• Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern AI and prototyping tools

• You take ownership of complex problems and confidently drive them independently to a high-quality solution

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
